Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 September 2026

A short policy, because we collect very little. Divinium Art is built so that your readings stay yours.

What this website collects

This site is a set of static pages. There is no account system, no login, and no database behind it. Nothing you read, click, or draw here is written to a server we control.

The daily card draw runs entirely in your browser. The card you pull is chosen locally and is never transmitted anywhere.

Third parties this site loads

  • The site's two text typefaces are bundled into the site at build time, so your browser never requests them from Google.
  • The icon font (Material Symbols) is the one exception: it's linked directly from Google Fonts, so your browser requests it from Google, which necessarily sees your IP address.
  • Artwork and illustrations live on our own domain too. No image request goes anywhere else.
  • Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics.

What the apps collect

Readings, journal entries, and meditation history are stored on your device. We do not upload them and we cannot read them.

Where an app store reports aggregate, anonymised install and crash statistics to us, those reports contain no reading content and no personal identifiers we can tie back to you.

The newsletter

If a mailing list is active, we use the address you give us only to send the messages you asked for. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes the address.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Because we hold very little, most of these requests are answered quickly.

Write to privacy@diviniumart.com and we will respond within thirty days.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is material, say so on the site.
